Before contacting IBC regarding returning an item, please understand the following terms of business:

All issues relating to items being refunded or exchanged must be received by IBC within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.

Refunds / Exchange will not be issued for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

IBC will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering.

IBC is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that have been delivered to the order address, verified by the delivery company, yet is deemed to not have been received by the customer.

Returned items must be unworn and sent back inside their original packaging, tags included. If a returned item is found damaged, stained and the tag or packaging has been removed it will be returned to the customer or they may be issued with a reduced refund.

Hijabs and other personal items such as jewellery, swimwear, perfumes, cosmetics cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Items on SALE are considered final sale and there no exchanges / returns.

IBC does not provided refunds unless the item you have ordered is broken* or faulty upon arrival.

* Attention, there are certain products on our website that are fragile and risky to ship using external third parties for delivery. Within the description, this product will be identified as “Recommended for In Store Purchase or Click and Collect Option”.

Please note when viewing our items online some items may display differently to the original product. This may be a result of, but not limited to, lighting, colour variances. digital settings or other factors.

Use of the IBC website is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Terms & Conditions section of this website. We recommended you chose carefully when making an order.

Items on the IBC website do not come with any warranty, unless specifically stated.

International customers are advised that we will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning items. A full refund of the cost of the items is entirely conditional based on goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

 

EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT POLICYย 

All goods returned seeking an Exchange / Credit will be evaluated by the IBC staff

Any Exchange / Credit is conditional upon a full inspection of the goods by the IBC Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

All goods received back must be as NEW, unused, in their original box and packaging including all accessories, tags and in a re-sellable condition.

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition do not meet IBC’s Exchange / Credit criteria.

Hijabs and other personal items such as jewellery, swimwear, cosmetics cannot be exchanged.

Items on SALE are considered final sale and there no exchanges / returns.

When items are being exchanged, similar stock is not always available. Where we cannot exchange for a similar item, a store credit may be provided to the same value of the original goods (without any shipping fees).

Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of exchange.

All shipping costs will be additional charges at the customerโ€™s expense. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please note products are subject to availability.

 

REFUNDS

All goods returned seeking a Refund will be evaluated by the IBC staff.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or wrong size selection.

Any Refund is conditional upon a full inspection of the goods by the IBC Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

All goods received back must be as NEW, unused, in their original box and packaging including all accessories, tags and in a re-sellable condition.

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition do not meet our returns criteria. They will be either returned to the customer at the customers expense, or a reduced refund may be issued.

Due to the internal processes of banks it may take up to 21 days for your credit card to receive any refund payment.
