Ordering Goods

Pricing

The price available at the IBC store may differ from pricing displayed on the IBC website. Prices displayed on this site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Often we have “Web Only” specials. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Any savings shown on this site are based on prices as compared to our current IBC pricelist. Your actual savings may vary depending upon the amount purchased.

Where permitted, we reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors on this site, including any such errors in relation to prices.

Payment

Buying from IBC is easy. The price payable for the goods ordered is the price specified on this site, plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Delivery

IBC is committed to providing you with a fast, efficient delivery system. Orders take approximately 1-2 business days to process from the time the order payment is received (depending on time of receiving order) until the goods are despatched. From then delivery takes:

Returns Policy

Within 10 days of receipt of your goods items may be returned in there original condition ( unopened, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). We are unable to exchange items that are damaged or defective and only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please make sure that all items are returned securely in their original packaging with invoice or order details enclosed and in good condition. If you do not have your invoice, please print out your order from the website or indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to our mailing address P.O. Box 2536 , Regent West, Victoria 3072, AUSTRALIA . You are responsible for paying shipping charges to return the item to us. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. The original postage/packing charges will be deducted from the refund. 

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order before you receive the goods, call us immediately on (03) 9386-2771. If you delay in calling us the goods may have been packaged and sent. In this instance, please accept the delivery when it arrives and contact us to arrange for the return of the goods.

Title and Risk

Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from IBC to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
