Within 10 days of receipt of your goods items may be returned in there original condition (unopened, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). We are unable to exchange items that are damaged or defective and only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please make sure that all items are returned securely in their original packaging with invoice or order details enclosed and in good condition. If you do not have your invoice, please print out your order from the website or indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to our mailing address P.O. Box 2536 , Regent West, Victoria 3072, AUSTRALIA . You are responsible for paying shipping charges to return the item to us. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. The original postage/packing charges will be deducted from the refund. 

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel an order before you receive the goods, call us immediately on (03) 9386-2771. If you delay in calling us the goods may have been packaged and sent. In this instance, please accept the delivery when it arrives and contact us to arrange for the return of the goods.
