We collect information for the specific purpose of providing better services to you, delivering products or services to you, to complete other transactions with you or to better understand your requirements and preferences.
This information enables us to personalise and improve our service and in particular to provide offers that are of greater interest or benefit to you.
How we collect this information
When you place an order and/or register your details with us, we store that information for future reference via cookies. (A cookie is a small amount of information sent from a web server to your computer. This information does not personally identify you, but it does tell us that your computer has visited our site and what areas of the site have been browsed). We can also tell if you select a product and put it in your shopping basket, but do not complete the transaction. However, we do not know your personal identity, unless you have previously registered with us. The use of cookies saves you time when you shop with us again, as you don't have to re-enter your details.

The personal information we collect is in most cases supplied by you when you register your details or place an order with us.
Generally, the information we collect includes your name, address, phone number and e-mail address to ensure your order is delivered to the correct address to the right person.

Sharing information
IBC often needs to pass your personal details such as your name, business name and address to companies who perform our product delivery e.g. courier companies. This will only be done to meet our business needs with your privacy at all times paramount in our actions.
Security
IBC takes security of your details seriously as we want you to feel confident in dealing with us on the Internet. For many of our customers we realise this is an unfamiliar way of buying products and services.
Our website uses a Secure Server with digital certificates issued by Equifax Secure Global eBusiness CA-1. All your personal data is transmitted to us via a secure connection. This information is protected against unauthorized access. It is removed from the server and placed on a computer that outsiders can't access.
